The Middle East Postwar Environment

this work examines the psychological, military, and political fallout of the gulf war, 1990-1991, and the principal regional actors' reactions to it. the author demonstrates how the war had exacerbated old problems, added new ones, and opened a window of opportunity for a more stable order in the middle east.
