<p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl">طلال شتوي كاتب وصحافي لبناني عرف كأصغر رئيس تحرير في لبنان إذ تولّى هذا المنصب في المجلّة الأسبوعية اللبنانية "الحسناء" عندما كان في السنة الدراسية الثانية في كلية الإعلام.</p><p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl">إلى جانب عمله في الصحافة المكتوبة، عمل شتوي في الإذاعة وقدّم برنامجا من إخراج الراحلة ليال الرحباني ابنة عاصي الرحباني وفيروز، لينتقل بعدها الى التوك شو والتلفزيون وأهمها برنامج "الليل المفتوح". ثم تفرّغ طلال شتوي للكتابة فأصدر الكتب المتّصلة بالذاكرة والذكريات والرواية إضافة الى كتبه التي تحاكي الزمن الجميل، خصوصا كتابه "زمن زياد".</p>
