Chaouki Chamoun (born January 19, 1942) is a Lebanese contemporary artist. Biography Chaouki Chamoun was born in Sarine, in the Bekaa Valley. Born in Lebanon in 1942, Chamoun is a major part of the national and international art scene. He has participated in over fifty group art shows and biennales since 1969, as well as exhibiting his work in public and private art collections in various cities throughout the world. He is the president of the Lebanese Artists Association, as well as a consultant and founding member of the Lebanese Artists Syndicate.
