Guillaume Musso (born 6 June 1974) is a French novelist. He is one of the most popular contemporary French authors.

Musso was born in 1974 in Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes), France. After finishing high school, he left for the United States at the age of 19. He spent several months in New York City, living with other young foreigners and earning money by selling ice cream. Then he came back to France, earned a degree in economics, and taught in high schools. His first published novel, Skidamarink, a thriller that opens with the theft of the Mona Lisa from the Musée du Louvre, was published in 2001.

Né en 1974 à Antibes, il se prend de passion pour la littérature très jeune, consacrant tout son temps libre à dévorer des livres dans la bibliothèque municipale où travaille sa mère. C’est grâce à un concours de nouvelles proposé par son professeur de français qu’il découvre le bonheur de l’écriture. À compter de ce jour, et jusqu’à aujourd’hui, il ne cessera plus de noircir des carnets. 

Ses études, son long voyage aux États-Unis, ses rencontres, tout vient enrichir son imagination et ses projets de roman. Diplômé de sciences économiques, il devient professeur dans l’est puis le sud de la France.
