1994 to 2010: Chef Ramzi joins the morning show on Lebanese Future Television, where he presented a daily live, interactive, educational and instructive show on the art of cooking with a Pan-Arab Audience estimated to 10 million viewers, being the first Arab chef to perform a live cooking show on TV, opening the way to many others 1997: Chef Ramzi publishes the first volume of his culinary encyclopedia which reached record sales in the Arab world (more than 1 million books sold to this date). 2002: The Arabic & French versions of Chef Ramzi's book "Lebanese Culinary Heritage" were published. ولد في حدث بيروت سنة 1971أنهى دروسه الثانوية في مدرسة سيدة الجمهور ( لبنان)حاز سنة 1992 على إجازة في القانون والأقتصاد من جامعة " ليون" - (فرنسا).درس فنون الطبخ في كلية Bournemouth وجامعة لندن في إنكلترا ، ونال الشهادات الآتية:City and Guilds of LondonFood Hygiene from the Environmental Health OfficersCatering for the Industryتدرّب في فرنسا على يد الشيف الفرنسي العالمي جان ماسون (Jean Masson) وتخرّج من مؤسسته الشهيرة (La Minaudière).درس فنون الخبيز وصنع الحلويات على يد الشيف الفرنسي برنار موان (Bernard Moine) وقُبل عضو شرف في النقابة الفرنسية لفنون صنع الحلويات والخبز (Syndicat des Pâtissiers-Boulangers de France) .إلتحق سنة 1993 بمؤسسة " الكفــاءات "( لبنان) ، وأصبح المدير العام لمدرستها الفندقية منذ 1995 ، وعضواً في مجلس أمناء المؤسسة .طّور...
