Jean Said Makdisi (Arabic: جين سعيد مقدسي) (born 1940) is a Palestinian writer and independent scholar, best known for her autobiographical writing. Life Jean Said Makdisi was born in Jerusalem, British Mandate Palestine, to a Palestinian family.
