<p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl">هي دار نشر تونسية أسست في نهاية السبعينات على يد باعثها الراحل محمد المصمودي (رحمه الله) الذي إختار لنفسه ولها أن يقوما في خدمة الثقافة والفكر المستنير وما رهان النشر باللغة العربية أوّلا ومن بعدها الفرنسية إلا ترجمة لهذا الخيار وإستجابة لحاجيات القارئ التونسي ذي التكوين الثقافي المزدوج من دون التغافل عن غيره من القرّاء في الشرق والغرب</p><p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl">اعتمدت الدار مند انبعاثها نظام السلاسل سعيا منها لربط القراء إلى مواعيد متواترة مع المستجد من قيم التأليف في المجالات&nbsp;أدبا و نقدا و فكرا... فكانت سلسلة "عيون المعاصرة" مولودها البكر الذي أدار إليها الرقاب؛ كيف لا والمشرف عليها هو الاستاذ"توفيق بكار"&nbsp;مجدد مناهج النقد وطرائقه في الجامعة التونسية‪.‬ لتتوالى السلاسل بعد ذلك وتتنوع؛ بل وترتبط كل منها بقامة من قامات الفكر والتأليف تديرها وتسهر على إنجاحها‪.‬</p>
